Specialized programs to assist individuals recently incarcerated in their transition back into society.90 Day Re-entry

Our 120 day re-entry program is offered to help members achieve wellness, obtain gainful employment, and maintain sobriety through various clinical and non-clinical approaches.

 

The mission of Wekare Helping hands is to help you make a proper adjustment back into society through a hand UP not a Hand OUT.
